The ask.

Xbox wanted us to create a branded interactive in-store experience for use nationally in store’s like Best Buy and Microsoft.  They also wanted to be able to update video game content and trailers as needed remotely.

 

Our solution.

Ellure collaborated with technology experts and was the client advocate for stretching norms around in-store internet connectivity and was successful in enabling remote uploading capabilities.  We applied best practices for UX design and created the user flow.  Here’s an example of the video game / new releases section:

As part of our user flow, and to coincide with the launch of Xbox One S, we created a product recommendation quiz to assist buyers in understanding the differences between the two consoles.

Additionally, they asked us to think big and pitch some new innovative features as well.  Our designers collaborated with technology experts to ideate and created a module where users could customize the colors of the controller and even scan their personalized creation to be able to purchase.
